The School of Medical Sciences (FCM) at Unicamp received on Friday (6) Daniela Tolezano Madureira, responsible for the College Development Officer of the College of Physical Sciences, University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Daniela was received by the coordinator of the FCM Internationalization Office, Rodrigo Bueno de Oliveira and professor Gustavo Pereira Fraga.
On the 12th of March, the FCM was visited by James Turner, Javier Gonzales and Ian Walker, from Department of Health of the University of Bath. They came to Unicamp with eight other representatives of the British delegation. The purpose of the visit is to identify possible collaborations and joint projects in the areas of Health, Economics, Psychology of Education, Social Sciences and Policy and Politics, Languages and International Studies. In the case of FCM, contact envolved for holding an international seminar on health in the second half.
On Thursday, they were met from the associate director of FCM Roberto Teixeira Mendes and Fabio Hüsemann Menezes, team member of the FCM Internationalization Office; Maria Heloisa de Souza Lima Blotta, professor of the Department of Clinical Pathology; Marcos Tadeu Nolasco da Silva, professor of the Department of Pediatrics and Mariana Simoes Ferreira, postgraduate student of child health course and adolescents. On Friday, the professors at the University of Bath were welcomed by professor Gustavo Pereira Fraga. They had been discussed the possibility of exchange of students, especially in the area of trauma.
